First time you start a voice lesson
Eevi asks for microphone access before a voice lesson starts. The eevi prompt explains why voice is needed, then your browser or device asks for permission.
- Tap Allow microphone in eevi.
- When your browser or device asks, choose Allow.
- Return to the lesson and continue speaking with eevi.
Allow microphone access so you can speak with eevi in your lesson.

If microphone access was denied before, turn it back on in iOS settings.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Scroll down and tap eevi.
- Turn on Microphone.
- Close and reopen eevi, then start the voice lesson again.

If eevi is not listed in microphone settings
Open a voice lesson again and tap Allow microphone when eevi asks. The browser or device permission prompt usually appears only after the app requests microphone access. If you still do not see eevi, restart the device and try the lesson again.
Privacy note
Microphone access is used for voice lessons. Your audio is sent in real time to our AI providers so eevi can respond. Eevi does not save the audio recording, but lesson transcripts may be stored so you can review progress. See the Privacy Policy for details.
